Challenge
Flagship properties, flagging sales. SDG’s Du Parc homes weren’t getting the attention they deserved. The developer needed to firm up its sales pipeline, to make sure these luxurious properties found the owners they deserved.
Solution
In just under a month, we built an art gallery roadshow, and curated a guest list of 500 qualified buyers. This let us take the Du Parc experience to eight countries across Europe and the Middle East — we made sure it could fit seamlessly into chic venues we selected.
When guests arrived, we used interactive tech to recreate Du Parc’s properties, allowing them to explore at their own pace and imagine themselves in the space. Finally, we invited guests to Switzerland for a flight over Du Parc and Lake Geneva in a vintage plane. Frankly, the stunning scenery did most of the selling.
